Dear Mr Pattisson,
I am writing to apply for the position of Housing Officer.
After several training periods within differents estate agencies in France I gained work experience in this area.
Throughout my two first years at Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse, I studied business management which enable me to obtain my degree. Then I decided to specialize myself and to do an estate bachelor.
Those three years let me to carry out lots of periods in professional circles giving me the knowledge and skills required in order to apply for this job.
As you will see from my CV I possess my driving licence so I am mobile and independent. I am looking to progress my career so I can say that I am an adaptable person, organized both in the business world as well in personal life. I am a reliable,effective person who can work well alone or within a team. My colleagues can rely on me, I am responsible and methodical. I am able to plan my time and do not hesitate to work hard.
I am able to be the key point of contact, I feel empathy therefore I like hearing from my clients and accompanying them in order to help them in their personal projects.
